The discussion will be led by Larry Fitzpatrick, SVP of Software Development, and leader of FINRA’s Software Factory organization. Larry is a career software developer who has “worked the entire stack” from system architecture, design, and development. Prior to joining FINRA, Larry was the Technology Vice-President at Open Text Software (OTEX) and Chief Technology Officer at Personal Library Software. He has an MS in Biomedical Engineering (Informatics) from The University of Virginia.
